Women With Power | The Power Circle™ is a brand of 5th Branch Publishing Company LLC. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, transfers, cancellations, memberships, vendor spaces, sponsorships, and other purchases are handled through our website or approved payment platforms.

Event Tickets
All event ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

​

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person before the event date. Transfer requests are subject to approval.

​

Refunds are not guaranteed for missed events, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, travel issues, or failure to attend.

 

VIP Tickets
VIP tickets are non-refundable due to limited availability, reserved seating, planning costs, swag, food, and other event-related preparations.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your VIP ticket to another person before the event date. Transfer requests are subject to approval.

​

Vendor Spaces
Vendor table and vendor space fees are non-refundable once purchased.

​

Vendor spaces require planning, promotion, setup coordination, and reserved event space. If a vendor is unable to attend, they may request approval to transfer the space to another vendor before the event date.

​

Women With Power | The Power Circle™ reserves the right to approve or deny vendor transfer requests to ensure the vendor aligns with the purpose and audience of the event.

Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed, promotion has started, logo placement has been created, marketing materials have been prepared, or sponsorship benefits have begun.

​

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship benefits may be transferred to the new date or another mutually agreed opportunity when possible.

​

Memberships
Membership payments are non-refundable once charged unless otherwise stated in writing.

​

If a membership includes a free trial, the member is responsible for canceling before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a membership charge has been processed, refunds are not guaranteed.

​

Members may cancel future billing at any time through their account, payment platform, or by contacting us for assistance. Canceling a membership stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

​

Digital Products and Online Materials
All sales of digital products, downloads, courses, templates, recordings, worksheets, and online resources are final once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

​

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not provided for downloaded or accessed materials.

​

Services and Expert Sessions
Payments for consultations, expert sessions, business support sessions, or professional service appointments may be non-refundable once booked, confirmed, or completed.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.

​

Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellations or Postponements
If Women With Power | The Power Circle™ cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at registration.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets, vendor spaces, and sponsorships may be transferred to the new date. Refund options, if any, will be communicated in writing based on the circumstances.

​

Women With Power | The Power Circle™ is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, transportation, lost wages, or other personal expenses related to event changes.

​

Duplicate Charges or Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the payment and, if a confirmed error occurred, we will make the appropriate correction.

​

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us first if there is an issue with your purchase. We are happy to review billing questions, refund concerns, or possible payment errors.

​

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may affect future purchases, memberships, vendor participation, or event access.
